One of the most disorganized stores I’ve ever been to. There’s a few who really know what they’re doing and are great but for the most part basic things designed by Starbucks to help the store run smoothly like the beverage routine and the proper building of the drinks themselves, aren’t followed. One barista who I’ll only refer to as M is frequently on the bar and has to be the most unmotivated employee I’ve ever encountered. Her lack of skills at the job are a running joke in my workplace and we all communicate when to avoid this store on days when she’s working.

I ordered a venti latte. Got some sweet thing called a Cindl Latte, no whip, no foam, 3 pumps vanilla, blonde, add oat base, 4 pumps cinnamon dolce syrup for a person named Rhya.... I don't think I'm this person, and Im pretty sure this isn't my drink. Whoever this person is, I can guarantee they are disappointed with their straight ahead latte.

Cane here for my breakfast for the first time ever. No line inside thank goodness! Love their tea lattes and chorizo sandwich. Here every now and then for meetings or productivity dates. Like the interior and usually close parking. If I come to Starbucks it's a good day!

I used to get pretty agro going to the drive thru here. Now, I have just accepted it. Sure it consistently takes 45 minutes (yes I time it) to get my coffee, but, in that time I listen to a podcast, have a snack, and chill in my vehicle. I thank this Starbucks for easing my impatience in lineups. If you want a good coffee faster though, Whole Wheat and the Canadian Grind up the road are must faster and local options.

It's a Starbucks. But this one let's you enjoy the ambience of the drive thru lane for a decent amount of time along with multiple other people that have come to enjoy the same experience. Enjoy!

Wait times are atrocious. Been this way for years and they haven't done anything to make the customer experience any better. You either wait 30 min inside for an order. Or you wait in your car idling in the drive thru for 30 min.

I have never seen a Starbucks like this before or experienced something like we did today. We chose to walk inside because the drive thru was lined up around the block. When we walked inside, there were 10 to 15 people standing and waiting for their drinks. There were 4 people in line as well in front of us. It must have taken 15 minutes to get to the till. While I observed what was happening, it was clear that someone was missing at work today. There was one lady taking orders, one making sandwiches for customers and the third lady was calmly making as many drinks as she could. There were 2 people in the back doing what looked like inventory. Then, who we believed was the manager walked out and there was no urgency to help his staff while he leaned on the counters on his phone in front of everyone waiting for their drinks. The lady making drinks, Whitney, deserves a raise. She was an amazing worker and continued to make as many drinks as she could to get customers their drinks. It was refreshing to see a worker focused on the task at hand and not their phone. This Starbucks lost business this morning because of the line ups. I was disappointed because the situation could have been better. We left a half an hour past our departure time and had to cut out a stop of interest off our travel plans to make up lost time.
