β β β β β I tried several classes and really enjoyed each of them! All instructors are professionals, explaining everything step by step and ready to help at any time. The atmosphere in the classes was fun, chill and welcoming. Highly recommend this studioβΊοΈ

β β β β β Went to the Garba night and it was an awesome cultural experience! They were so considerate and prepared outdoor heaters to warm us up on a chilly night.
The performances and music were superb! I had a blast dancing up a sweat with 800+ people together⦠what an experience!
Thank you Star Dance for organizing such amazing event, looking to go again next year!

β β β β β I take Contemporary classes at Star Dance. Alan is a great instructor! Super attentive, patient and kinda. His classes are amazing, and he's always on time. I super recommend his class!
I experienced salsa class, and it was good too. I couldn't continue because of my schedule but it was a great experience.
The staff is great too. Super responsive, helpful and respectful. You will feel very welcome there. The space is not too big, but clean and organized.
The reason I didn't give a 5 star is because I wish there were more control to who enters in the classes. In my opinion, should be only the instructor and the students. There is one person from the staff team that has nothing to do with the Contemporary class but always comes to the room to do random stuff. This person passes between us back and forth while we are in the middle of performance. That's very distracting and sometimes gets on the way too.
Another thing is allowing parents or friends who are not part of the class to stay inside the room. The classroom is small, the class is full and having any person just standing or sitting on the floor in a small space takes a lot of the dancing space and is also distracting when they are talking among themselves.

β β β β β What a great experience!!! Carolinaβs βHeelsβ class was tremendous!!! I had never learned choreography to dance before, and she made it so easy, so relatable and extremely fun. All the women were wonderful and it is something I am now going to continue in my routine and drive from Mississauga just for her Wednesday evening classes!!! Loved it!
Staff was very pleasant. Fiona the owner was present and lovely as well.

β β β β β A very welcoming environment! Whether you are at beginner or intermediate level, you will find the group classes challenging enough to learn something but easy enough to lose the shyness. All the teachers I've had are incredibly professional, passionate, and friendly.. I now need to figure out where to buy new dance shoes..

β β β β β They not only invest in themselves, but they actively participate in the community and give back, teaching young kids the value of being part of the community and engaging with all people, a valuable life lessons for kids to have. My daughter has been dancing at Star Dance for almost a year and we LOVE it. Itβs always been a very positive and empowering environment. All of the teachers are wonderful and come from a variety of dance backgrounds, so theyβre able to offer so many great classes. And they have some fun classes for adults too! We could not have better dance teachers. Their expertise and love for dance shows and that love is instilled in the dancers here. I highly recommend Star Dance Centre to anyone looking for a place for their kids to dance! Star Dance Centre has become her home away from home. It is her happy place, and her social, physical, emotional and creative outlet. All of the instructors demand a lot from her, but she also knows how much they care, and this fosters a collaborative environment where the students are happy and work hard. My daughter is looking ahead to the possibilities that await her in the faculty of dance and performance at several potential universities. She wants to not only perform, but to also spread the love of dance and the positive experience she has enjoyed with younger children to come. The attention to the smallest details sets this studio apart. The interest that the Instructors take in the students as both dancers and kids is such a refreshing change for us.
Passion for dance runs deep here and it really show.

β β β β β Great studio with superb atmosphere! They offer a wide range of dance courses, Iβm glad I can try different dance styles in one studio. I love the schedules and the scheduling system as well, which are perfect for people that need to go to work. In general, itβs a welcoming and inclusive studio.

β β β β β This is an amazing dance studio. The staff are so friendly and professional. They have many different styles of dance classes including drop ins and progressive classes where you can build your skills in a specific style. I take the heels dance class with Carolina who is fantastic. She challenges you with beautiful choreography and makes an extra effort to help you feel comfortable and confident. I'm excited to try the performance workshop they have! 100% recommend.
