I bought this for a recent laptop and after multiple emails, website visits, phone calls and a store visit, Staples was unable to register my laptop and setup a service call. The only thing easy about easycare was getting a refund for this service. They must have had some practice in that area.

Raj, the manager of the phone department and associate Akshay, gave us great service, much more pleasant than dealing with the phone service provider.They dealt with them and did not push us into a contract like Best Buy tried to from the start, unwilling to sell unlocked phones as advertised. The general manager was helpful as well.

To clarify this they did not have the exstended life HP 65 as a set but did have the original set. Just less copys can be done. But I'm glad they had the HP 65 cartridges. So I could get my government stuff copied No biggy. Glad they had the 65 Cheers

Really like the way the electronics department is set up. Lots of variety of products to choose from. Signing up with Koodoo on my cellphone was done very smoothly.
J	JennaB Expectation Vs Reality on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ReviewI wanted to do a it on this Staple's print shop, They are amazing on two occasions I needed a print job done for the next day's event and they expedited it and had it done immediately. They are helpful and courteous and if they catch a problem they will help you correct it if they can. I have also used the website print services and the jobs have always been done promptly and correct. I have not personally used them for mounting Pictures but was once there and made a comment on a couple's item they were picking up the couple told me that they had used their service quite a few times and we're always happy with the service and the outcome. I have looked up whether or not staples currently has an app that can be used for the print shop but did not find one but like I said the website is very easy to use for printing. I would definitely recommend this Staples for print jobs and other electronic and office needs, I found the store to be very helpful and they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with you visit.
