★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This small mall was not bad because it has a Walmart and a Zehrs,but since Walmart left there is not any real completion and prices are high at Zehrs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very small mall with a Shoppers, Dollar tree, Zehrs and other small shops. I usually go to the Zerhs where they also have a Starbucks.

LCBO, Zehrs, Pharmacy, a huge Dollar Store.
Lots of parking - even underground for Zehrs
Gas station adjacent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walmart is permanently closed. Parking lot needs resurfacing and the wheelchair / cart ramp is unsafe at the main zehrs entrance. Parking spaces are tight.
Weird egresses...
To get out of the mall to get towards the highway (back west on Ottawa) you have to weave through near the back of the parking lot to get out or go alllllll the wayyyyy arouuuunnnnd.
Mall has almost everything you need for weekly / biweekly shopping.
Zehrs has no external entrance and once entering from the inside they could have had an internal entrance closer to the front doors on the east side where the majority of people park but they put the lotto center or something there so you have to walk to the back of the mall almost to get in. ?.
