T	Tiffany Crowe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a mower a few years ago from them, but recently went in for a few parts which they didnt have, they offered to order them told me would be in by a Tuesday ( 2 day wait+ the weekend) waited OVER a week with no response from them of when it was in. They are nice people but slow they chat about everything but the task at hand. Their phones are either always busy or not answered I'll call off and on for over a day before I'll get someone. They dont care about customers they are small locally owned and that makes them feel too comfortable with a laid back lax style of service. Super nice but wouldnt recommend them for service is lacking
P	Paul Green on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my push lawnmower to them twice for the same problem, and both times I paid them and lawnmower still stalls , the one staff member was very unprofessional and should not be working with people , you don’t even desierve one star ,the company has gone downhill .yoi have lost my business and my friends for the way I was treated with that one staff member
A	Abee Bo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SAVE YOURSELF FROM A FRUSTRATING & EXPENSIVE EXPERIENCE! The new owner Todd is a far cry from the old owner of Stan’s Fix-It. An unbelievably rude, dismissive and uncouth man who has zero customer service skills and clearly doesn’t care to have any. They don’t answer their phone either... in his words “I have better things to do”. After dialling their number non stop for an hour, I finally got to speak to Todd. 30 secs into the conversation I decided I was not interested in giving him my business and asked him not to bother doing any work on my mower and that I was coming to get it right away. When we got there to pick it up, we were presented with a bill on which the date indicated the work had already been done ten days earlier and they just hadn’t bothered to let us know while I had to pay someone to have my grass cut...it’s not cheap to pay to have over an acre of grass cut! Never going back to Stan’s!

J	J K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does not answer the phones. Tried saving myself a 15 minute drive to their store for a lawnmower belt. No one in else in town had one in stock, and I did not expect Stan's to either, so was gong to order it through them. Needless to say, it would've been easier to waste the time and gas to drive to the store, as after 4 hours of trying non-stop, they just flat our refused to answer their phone. Trying to keep tings local, and not order through places like Amazon, but shoddy customer service (if you can even call it that) makes it hard. Apparently they have a big enough customer base that they feel they have no need to answer the phones. Lost my business, will not return!

E	Elizabeth DaSilva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give them 0 stars if it was there. Took my riding lawnmower in for repair in early May, I requested a full overhaul of the machine. After a month of waiting I was called to pick it up June 11th. Brought it home and dropped the blades to cut the grass and it started smoking. Returned it back to them the following Monday June 14th very unhappy with the outcome of full service. Was told that it was an electrical problem..after keeping it for almost two months I finally picked it up again August 9th only to find it was a bad belt that should have been checked in the full service. The machine was not cleaned which I once again thought was part of full service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICE ON SMALL ENGINES. Three months having to borrow our neighbors riding lawnmower (thankfully he's a good neighbor) just to keep our very large property kept up.
