★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirt parking lot. There are ample spaces but it can get muddy when it rains. Prices are also a bit high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impark rarely patrols their high crime car park, despite being notified vagrants frequent it exasperated by the Alpha house across the road.
Vehicles are often cased;
people walk through testing whether your doors & tailgates are locked;
junkies regularly camp out along the edges.
Years ago Impark was requested to
- increase visibility by replacing the wood fence people hide behind with chain link which has yet to occur except for a few feet in one corner;
- start regularly patrolling; Security is rarely ever seen, neither daily nor weekly, instead of hourly.
