Also I swear you get 45-50 seconds of wash time if you hit soap first, then on your wash cycle for the first 10-12 seconds the soap is still coming out which eats up your rinse cycle.

Minor road grime does not come off even when spending a substantial amount. I'm a every couple of days washer, I will start taking my buisness elsewhere if this doesn't change. Oh and no one answers phones when you call in for issues

The previous time I was in with my truck, swiped my card, the wash cycle wouldnt start, but I was charged the minimum fee for start up, moved to another bay, swiped my card, the hose was leaking water all over before the wand, moved to a 3rd bay, tried agin, this time it worked.Of course I was charged twice for nothing. How do you get away with charging $20.00 when your terminal says $7.00? Guess Ill be going to Warman from now on unless the owner wants to fix this issue, and maintain the equipment.
