She began by greeting us with a big smile and maintained exceptional service throughout our entire meal. Will definitely be returning here
C	Charles M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello. I attented St. Louis Bar and Grill at Approx 6:15pm. It is now 6:53pm and have left the bar. If the management can please message me, I can detail as much as I can regarding my poor experience with this location. At first I was greeted very cordially with a staff member. She was both kind and frazzled at the same time as I could see the understaffing. I was seated indoors. I ordered promptly my food and had to wait roughly 30 mins only for the food to come totally different from what I had ordered. The food I ordered as follows: 1lb Dusted Gar Par and Ceasar salad no crutons and no chicken. I received a whopping plate of ceasar with chicken and with crutons. That about there just ruined my night. The reason being is that I could see the girls working, overworked which means they couldn't pay attention to small details. They had to sit family after family in the patio. There was also an incident where a patron without a mask came in and just walked across the whole restaurant. One of the staffs only caught wind of it after he already travelled towards the door leading to the patio. I understand the restaurant were missing menu items, understaffed both front of house and back end. This was abyssmal, the girls constantly were just huddled around the POS system and didn't check in on the customers so much. My evening isn't ruined as I refused the service and went on my way to a different restaurant. If you're a manager and reading this, please know that there are things that are happening that are affecting your customers. There are also other patrons that aren't as articulate in expressing their greviances that share this sentiment.

V	Victor Leung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to this location several times and the staff were also super friendly. Place has been there for years and it is quite spacious. Great selection of food and drinks which I have not had any issues with. Always an amazing experience and love the wings.

Always checked up on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Having such a friendly server made our experience even better. She was very busy but she did a great job at making sure we were well taken care of and happy. The food was also amazing. 10/10 would come again.

Ordering the Cobb salad in full description on the websites indicated exactly what I felt like! Unfortunately comparing what came to my table and what was on their menu picture online was completely different. I love my Cobb salads with bacon and eggs as indicated w/all the fixings! Please put bacon and eggs on my Cobb salad next time! You might want to add the red onions also and keep in mind that the salad dressings should be consistent with continuity from what you advertise! And not a random salad dressing! Here are the pictures to show the comparisons! I’ll give it a try when I come back one more time!
B	Brian Han on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I just ordered my wings through skip the dishes...and I got a whole 2lbs of wings that was half burnt..on top of that it smelled really bad (all the sauce dried up so I couldn't eat any of it). I also ordered another 1lb wings and 2 wings were burnt but the rest of other wings were in good condition so I was able to finish them. When I requested for a refund they were only able to refund half of my 2lb wings...not sure if that makes sense for something that we couldn't eat
