J	Jason Brooks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saint Leonard's is a good place for youth, however the upper management (ED) Kelly Nolan is a toxic person and a horrible manager. she makes her staff work 12 hours shifts, and does not pay them the money they deserve. while at the same time she takes a salary of a 110k a year! in a non-profit, which should be addressed by the gov't. On top of that she has little to zero education and is a poor leader at best. changes at the top need to be made if this organization is to have a future.-jay
A	Anita Desai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've worked with the Director here since 2013, and have nothing but positive things to say about her dedication to her job, commitment to the residents and staff, and her ability to maintain a positive and professional working relationship with countless colleagues across the country. This organization has been a leader in its community, and nationally, for raising awareness about youth who become involved with the justice system and how other social issues like homelessness impact their well-being. With the closure of other similar residential programs in Ontario, this team and its management are stepping up to provide support and guidance for youth and adults from within the Quinte region and beyond. Kudos to everyone at St. Leonard's Home, and the broader team at St. Leonard's Community Support, Prevention, and Residential Services for all that you do - you're an inspiration.
