★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is the most ridiculous place for a business because its never open during regular hours, only a couple days a week so if you miss one day you have to spend time traveling to get there another day. then when you get there sometimes there is a sign on the door that the person isnt even there or has stepped out!!!! how can i register for a class and get information when there is no one ever there? i have tired three times now and called and the phone just rings and rings and rings. poor business practices for such a big company, i know st john ambulance from Hamilton and i never had problems there when i lived and worked as a nurse in anacaster. why is it so hard to get any services in north bay that are up to par with this company's reputation?
