★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les médecins sont compétents et le temps d'attente avant d'avoir un RDV n'est pas très long mais les secrétaires sont incroyablement bêtes et non professionnelles. Vraiment lourd et difficile de prendre un RDV à cause de leur attitude.
 The doctors are competent and the waiting time before having an appointment is not very long, but the secretaries are incredibly stupid and unprofessional. Really heavy and difficult to make an appointment because of their attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ leur téléphone est occupé par défaut, ils ne répondront jamais à des numéros qui ne font pas partie de leurs clients existants. ils ont une liste blanche de numéros autorisés et tout autre numéro qui appelle est refusé. c'est une pratique très immorale qui est adoptée par beaucoup de cliniques, ils ont choisi leur propre confort plutôt que la santé des personnes malades.
J'étais allé les voir en personne et je les ai appelés devant leurs réceptionnistes qui n'étaient pas au téléphone et l'appel a été immédiatement refusé. la réceptionniste m'a souri sans dignité
their phone is busy by default, they will never answer numbers that are not part of their existing customers. they have a whitelist of authorized numbers and any other number that calls is denied. it is a very immoral practice which is adopted by a lot of clinics, they have chosen their own comfort rather than the health of the sick people.
I went to see them in person and called them in front of their receptionists who were not on the phone and the call was immediately refused. the receptionist smiled at me without dignity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The blonde woman working the front office of the clinic is really rude and doesn't answer you when you ask questions. I will not go back to this clinic because of her bad attitude. I don't know how she still has a job there .

The secretaries are unbelievable (especially the blonde one) unfriendly, not helpful, they do not assume their responsibilities, no team spirit, the list goes on with admin...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service when you are trying to get an appointment to see your family doctor. You try to phone in and it’s always busy. You show up at the clinic that is empty to only be told you have call by phone to make an appointment. Urgent matter seem not to be a serious subject to them. Secretly is even very arrogant. You only wonder if they are really there to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors here are very friendly and helpful specially my doctor, dr Toye is very professional and even goes out of her way to try to help you with exams and appointments she will call you a lot of times herself to give you results and ask how you are.
The nurses too, are very polite and friendly .
The waiting time is good usually you don't wait to long for appointment.
They have a sans rendezvous in the morning but only for the patients registered at the clinic.
The ladies at the reception could be a bit more friendly and sympathetic to us sick people,when we call for appointment it seems we are bothering them and they aren't to happy to answering the phone but because of the good service of the doctors this clinic deserve 5 stars.
