★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nov 14/14 the West-end Goan seniors will be attending a Mass in memory of the deceased members of the club. A bit out of the way for the Toronto seniors, and longer, considering the Friday evening drive, but apparently Masses may not be held outside a church, as in the past.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I knew father phil Jones who served as a priest here and whom had passed away from cancer. he was a dear friend of mine and I had known him ever since I was very young in elementary school and at st.leo the great catholic church. I also saw him at holy family Roman catholic church.
