★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This rating is for transportation office over at the district office. The forms have some flaws and if you have to deal with (not) your mistake the first line of communication is with a person unwilling to help, to solve problems, to fix the forms to avoid future problems. I was referred to a website thinking the problem will be fixed... But it was just their way of saying it is what it is. I kept looking to see when they'll resolve the issue. It didn't happen. Horrible experience. Eventually my problem was fixed but I had to be very persistent. Luckily I had time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of politics behind the scenes, and many without the best intentions for your children. They maintain the facade that they are nice and caring, but anyone with a basic understanding of social cues will see past it. Proceed with caution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 2 children went through the St. Albert system as did their 3 kids and we had our few bumps in the road but other than that it was a good experience. I also worked for the Public system for 29 yrs. I enjoyed every year and working in the classroom as an Educational Assistant I could help out a lot of kids over years. The last 4 years I worked in the office and I got a chance to meet alot of St. Albert parents. And last but not least my youngest daughter is physically and mentally challenged and they welcomed her with open arms. Thanks so much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is solely for the Transportation (Yellow School Bus). All of us understand that the pandemic and the conditions it has brought with it have caused a lot of issues with labour shortage, but not having a driver who is familiar with the routes and area or issues like weather conditions, specially when we live in Alberta are unacceptable excuses to drop off our children(students) an hour after their regular drop off time or pick them up 30 minutes after their designated pick up time. We have always been considerate and supportive of the St Albert Public School Transportation System, but over the past 3 years it has just gotten worse and worst. When you call the transportation representative, they just dismiss it casually with another excuse rather than propose a plan or have a strategy that they are working on to resolve this issue. I hope others who read this review get involved so we can build a better trasportation process for our future.
