T	Tracy Tracy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an initial appointment to see an Osteopath for treatment of herniated discs. I got in the next day! After my appointment, I was told I needed to come back in 3 weeks for the next treatment. When I went to book, there was no opening for 6 weeks. I was in a lot of pain and did not challenge it at that time. When I called a few days later to ask about this, I was told, sorry, she has no openings but, you are on a waiting list. Confused? Didn't the Osteopath say that I NEEDED to come back in 3 weeks. What if there are no cancellations in 3 weeks, to fit me in? How would I progress without the treatment she says I NEED? These questions did not seem to be of a concern to them. I ended up finding another practitioner that could provide a treatment plan, that my back issue needed. Seeking treatment from an Osteopath is not like going to a hairdresser where you can wait weeks, after you think you need a haircut, for an opening. If I was told to come back in 3 weeks, then there should have been an appt. time, within reason, of a 3 week period. They got my $168.00 for an initial appt. and then left me without the treatment the Osteopath said I needed. This is a cash grab and extremely unethical. If you chose to go here, be sure that the Osteopath has time to fit new patients in for a treatment plan, otherwise you will be throwing your money away to.

Karen is amazing, and there are so many other talented staff members there as well. Anytime I have an injury, Karen treats me with a variety of techniques including massage, acupuncture and cranial sacrum therapy. It's like magic! she always fixes me right up, and they even accommodate me on short notice!

I can't really express the enormity of the improvement of my quality of life through treatments here. I had severe seasonal allergies - I couldn't spend any time outside for all of Spring lest I go into a sneezing fit, get hives, itchy eyes, runny nose, etc. It's been over 6 years now of being able to enjoy the outdoors without symptoms, only because of the N.A.E.T. treatments (acupuncture) received here. I have also been impressed with the osteopath services. Last month I was doing renovations and fell on my ribs pretty bad. Painful!! I got x-rays and was checked out by my doctor, she said bruised ribs take 6 weeks or more to heal. I turned to my chiropractor and had a few treatments to no avail. I could hardly walk without wincing. ONE session at this clinic and the pain was completely gone!!! I truly believe that if you have a good osteopath, you don't need a chiropractor. The care and time spent is substantially more than what you'd get at other clinics. Anyways, I understand from reading another review that it is hard to book an appointment. Would I like the ability to get same day appointments? Sure. But with results this topnotch and 1 hour per session, reality is that it's going to be busy and limited spots will be available. Just keep ahead of the game and book in advance - I have never had a problem with this approach. 5 stars!

I originally went to see her for relief from sinus pain, her treatments have helped immensely. The bonus has been relaxation and stress reduction. She is very knowledgeable and a great listener.

Parking is easily accessible out front of the building and there is elevator access indoors. Tammy is a wonderful practitioner. Very kind and professional. I originally started going to help with mysterious shoulder pain ... which vanished after two treatments! I continue to go because of how well I feel after each treatment. I highly recommend them.

Due to my physical job, soccer and active lifestyle, Karen has helped me with various complaints over the past few years. Her treatments are all hands on, gentle but extremely effective. At times, she is working on an area that is far away from my initial complaint that day. For example, my foot, when I came in with back pain. I find the holistic type approach to her treatment provides me long lasting results. Most recently I have seen her for PMS pain and also headaches which acupuncture has helped tremendously for. As a medical professional myself, I find her assessment process to be very thorough and no two treatments are ever alike. Overall, I would highly recommend her if you have been struggling with an injury and have not had success with other therapies. She truly has a unique set of skills! I will be back again.

She can do things that I was skeptical about. She definitely helped my second pregnancy substantially more than the person I saw for the first one. I wish I had found her sooner. Her knowledge and non-fluff approach is amazing! She will fix you. Go see her.
