Sprott Shaw College Chilliwack

Amazing experience going back to school as an adult with Sprott Shaw Chilliwack Campus, I took the SETA course and loved every moment. Very knowledgeable and first hand experience instructor who made learning a truly memorable time for all. Administration supported students every step of the way, from student loans to applying to your chosen profession. Would absolutely recommend!

Our Admission Advisor Shannon Banks is the best! She was the very first person I met at Sprott Shaw, she's kind and always ready to help us students with anything!

Shannon and Diane are very helpful and knowledgeable, I'm so glad I chose to go here. My teacher is pretty great too. The campus is welcoming and everyone makes you feel comfortable.

Shannon and Dianne both are AMAZING! So so helpful. They both assisted me in every way to ensure I was in the program I wanted, and nothing stopped me as a single mom. I cannot recommend this campus enough, especially with these staff members! You guys are angels.

Hello there, I’m currently a student in the Addictions Worker Diploma Program offered at the Chilliwack campus. My experience with Sprott Shaw College has been great so far! From the very first day that I met Dianne Mckay and Shannon Banks – they have been tremendously and genuinely supportive, resourceful, and encouraging towards mine and my peers’ education. The same can be said for our AWD instructor, Cyril Lecuyer. The staff have been remarkably flexible and accommodating in most situations (unfortunately, some things are simply above their authority), and I am incredibly happy with the education I have received at this time. The campus is clean and bright, classrooms have wifi, projectors, whiteboards, etc. The class sizes enable each student more time for questions and discussions with the instructors. Overall, this has been a positive educational experience for me and I highly recommend to anyone to consider studying at Sprott Shaw as well. Good people.

Deciding to go to Sprott Shaw is probably one of the better choices Iv been given in a long time. Not only is the ece program informative, but the instructor does a great job at explaining and giving examples that pertain to the course matter. The ladies in admin; Shannon and Dianne are both extremely helpful and go out of their way to accommodate and answer any questions or concerns you have regarding school. If it wasn't for both these ladies I wouldn't have enrolled in the ECE program. But they explained the program in detail and the interview process they conducted was very calm and accommodating. They truly make the campus an enjoyable safe location for you. And again go out of their way.

I don't know where to start! If you're considering going back to school I HIGHLY recommend Sprott Shaw Chilliwack!!!!! Before you even start your first day, you will feel like the ladies there have your back 100%. When I went in to register for my ECE program, the first person I met face to face with was Shannon Banks. Right away I knew this was someone that truly cared not only about me as a human being, but also cared to see me succeed in anything I put my mind to! She instantly walked me through the entire process and explained everything in great detail. Whatever questions I had she answered right away. As someone who hasn't been in school for multiple years, she took away my anxiety and stress. If it wasn't for her efforts and understanding, I don't think I would have been there now. It's one thing to have someone just be there to register you because it's their job, but a whole other thing when they're truly there for you! To this day as I attend class, she has a wonderful open door policy and interacts with each student. Either from just small talk to actually taking the time to listen to your concerns and work with you so that you achieve the very best! Shannon has truly gone above and beyond for every student that's there! The next wonderful person is Dianne! She's the director for the Chilliwack location. This woman deals with everything! Every little problem she's always there to help and listen!! Either that being concerns with the course itself or any other aspect of what's going on in your life. She works so incredibly hard to make sure you have everything you need to be successful in school and after you graduate. There is not enough amazing things that could be said about either of these ladies. I have never felt so supported in my education and well being. If you are considering going back to school, please please consider Sprott Shaw! I promise you will not be disappointed. I've created some incredible friendships that I will be holding onto even after school is over! Thank you Shannon and Dianne for EVERYTHING! I have you two amazing ladies to thank for my bright future/career.

Shannon has gone above and beyond what I would expect from an Admissions Advisor. From the moment she reached out to me via phone she has been an absolute delight to work with. When I first initially met with her on campus, she was very helpful with me deciding which program to go with as I was bouncing between two. Her knowledge with both programs helped me better decide which one would be the best fit for me. Her dedication to staying in touch with me during a rough admissions phase, helped me know that Sprott Shaw is the College I am meant to move forward with. She is more then just her title; she is an extreme asset to the campus. She sits and listens to exactly what the potential student is looking for in their future career and knows the proper path for them to take to make that possible. Her customer service towards any person who walks through the door is exceptional. I appreciated that whenever I needed help with anything she made it possible that that day, she would help me with it. There was a moment that I did not understand a certain document, went straight onto campus, and she was able to stop what she was doing to help explain this letter for me to understand.
