★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointment. Pure and simple. The waitress was fine, the woman who took our money (and who gave us a discount) was okay, but the food?!? Horrible! We had a steak that was nothing but sinew! And liver and onions that were absolutely the worst I’ve eaten…… ever!!! The liver was over-fried and had a gross taste, completely devoid of any salt, spices or breading. The best part of our meal was the veggies on the side which were great. We received a healthy discount, but left there feeling “never again”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered eggs Benedict. The coffee was extremely watered down wasn't palatable. They're water filtration system needs cleaned their water tasted like dirt. When the waitress brought me my eggs benedict she never asked me how I wanted my eggs poached so I ended up with soft poach when I usually like medium poach. When I brought my concerns up to the manager in a very polite calm tone the manager informed me that I needed to calm down and he wouldn't give me a bill in any form so I wasn't even able to tip my waitress I only had $3 cash on me and the manager refused to let me tip anything more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Springs Garden is under new ownership. I've been eating here for over 30 years. I really like the renovations and the menu is interesting with a good selection. I had steak frites and my friend had liver and onions. Everything tasted good but i wish my meal has some kind of veggies, even a small portion of coleslaw would have been fine. The service was slow but friendly.
