The front office staff who answered my many questions, were extremely helpful and absolutely wonderful to work with.
The set up crew - they were fantastic with understanding our concerns with placement of the tents and followed through perfectly.
Our guests had numerous compliments of how wonderful the tents looked and everyone enjoyed themselves.

- respond to emails quickly
- friendly staff
- helpful with providing layout of tent space, visualizing prior to booking
Cons:
- dirty tent
- holes in tent roof and windows
- did not set up dance floor well in the grass (was very bumpy)
- left plenty of zip ties thrown around in the grass after take-down, we had to clean up
- offered very minimal discount after complaint was made

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great experience dealing with Springfield Tent, very quick response time. They even set our tent up a day earlier because it worked better for their schedule, which made our setup much easier too!! We had the oval 48'x70' tent and it fit 177 people very comfortably with round tables, 20x20 dance floor, 3 banquet head table, bar area, popcorn bar, cake table and we still had room to walk between tables. We would highly recommend them!

At the time of our wedding, they were the only rental company we found that did it all; tent, tables, chairs, and the dance floor, lights and more, and have it set up. They helped answer any questions we had and assisted us in choosing the proper tent for our wedding. They made us aware of any details we needed to know prior to the event which allowed us to celebrate in comfort. It was an added bonus having one company able to provide so many rental options that helped us choose them, as well as a good referral from several friends' weddings we attended. The day after the wedding we had a wind storm. We called to make them aware some of the tent pegs were loosening and the owners came out personally to make sure everything was okay and there was no safety risk or damage until the take-down crew could come the following day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taking advantage if people who had to cancel due to pandemic. My original date was Oct 3 2020 and when i wanted to reschedule to sept 2021 told NO LONGER books after labout day. Refusing to return deposit. Extremely disaapointed in companies taking advantage of taking peoples money during a pandemic. I HOPE ITS a business that dies with this pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a mom of bride I give only 1 star - for fast service. Tent was extremely dirty, it's so bad that I can't attach the photos ?. Few hours before wedding we discovered that all dirt from ceiling fell straight onto the prepared tables and chairs. We had to clean everything up quickly before our guests came. We were very lucky that it was not raining because the ceiling of the tent had holes ?. I was shocked that in 21 century we had to deal with this. Dear Owners !!!!! It's time to buy a new tents and send the old ones for garbage. We paid toooooo much for your service even with your 10% discount ?. Clearly not recommending ???. It costs lots of money, stress and embarrassment.

We had to cancel due to the pandemic and we emailed them because that’s the only way to communicate with these people and they made us email back and forth three times because the wording was not right and then they refused to refund our 1500 deposit or get this or reschedule our date! Criminals. They robbed us due to a technical issue of using the wrong language. They screwed us and took our money just because they could.
