★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot recommend Spring of The Beach Psychotherapy enough! Her compassion and insight has been invaluable to my healing journey; I could not have asked for a more amazing therapist. Spring is able to both listen with great empathy, as well as guide me when necessary (self loathing who? Love yourself!), and has taught me a great deal about myself. With her, I am able to finally feel comfortable and safe in discussing my personal journey, and know that she is invested in my wellbeing. In fact, I loved her insight so much, that I have recommended her to my rescue directors to support us through issues such as compassion fatigue and loss. If you're looking for a new therapist, I highly recommend her!

She is invested in her patients being mentally healthy and growing in which ever way they really need to. She helped me get my ADHD diagnosis which has changed my life.
