★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Very clean barbershop that includes a full stocked bar, clean washrooms, an atm and shows sports on TV's
Cons: Jason who I believe is the owner has a real attitude problem and needs to learn to listen to the customer and what hairstyle they want and then proceed to cut the hair not assume he knows the deal.
Overall: Its worth taking a chance on the other barber who actively listens and pays attention. The shop itself is a great concept, just needs some customer service training

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been coming to Jason for a haircut for years, and he never, I mean it, never gives me a bad haircut. Is there better barbers? I dont know, haven't found one yet, and I dont care. Top man in York and Simcoe. Plus he always has footy on TV.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in and sat on the chair, when I sat in the chair the guy cutting my hair asked what I wanted, so I said a taper he then tells me that I'm saying is the wrong fade and that he'll give me what he thinks I want. After the haircut, I saw the fade he gave me and it was a low bald fade. I had to grow out my hair again. The second time, the same thing happened with another guy he asked what I wanted and I said a taper and he ended up giving me a different cut. They don't listen to what haircut you want they just start cutting.
