Friendly staff, yet waited a while. Sign says no wait so I tried to take advantage of it. Great first experience, second the "mvp" I had two hair dressers fight for tips? Not exactly what I'd expect. I originally praised the service but I won't me back, wasn't very impressed after I left and when I went back the very next day to comment. I was told, "how do we even took you as a client". Good luck. Hire qualified stylist. If thats your game.

Took my son in for a haircut on Tuesday, at the very end of the day. The ladies working that evening were great, very attentive and personable with both my children. During the visit, my daughter asked if she could have a haircut too. I said, I don't think they cut womens hair, to which one hair dresser politely corrected me and said they do! So when we finished, they gave us a couple coupons for free hair cuts, one for their dad and a now, super excited little girl. So, Dad brought her by tonight for their free hair cuts only to find out that it would be an additional $20 to cut hers...... no one mentioned that when they gave her the coupon. While I obviously don't mind paying for a hair cut, I'm just very dissatisfied by the surprise added expense. A free hair cut was offered, but it turned out not to be free.

Amazing experience. Brought my 2 year old in for his first real hair cut. I can't express how professional and kid friendly the staff was towards my son. They were calm and took their time to make sure his hair looked great! I would highly recommend mom's booking their kids with them!

Great to have an online check-in ability. Really like that Arrive 5 minutes before the time stated in the app and ensure I am in lineup. Confirm I'm there and go sit... Screen showing you are next up. Like that Staff takes a friends son instead of the next person in line, so need to wait another 10-15 minutes longer before getting into a chair No like What's the point of showing folks what the order for next service is if staff can do what they want? Amendment (05/26): Follow up by location owner the same evening after discussing with local manager what happened. Takes customer service seriously from conversations, which I found re-assuring. This should not have happened and stated he will be providing further training and coaching to staff on the issue. Had a decent haircut from the other stylist that was there and was happy with it overall Amendment on 09/05 decided to give it another try, after chatting with the owner after the last issue. Problem: what the owner said would happen didn't. I was offered a free cut, and it would be noted on my file. Asked stylist even if there was any notes on the file, which she stated there was not. Owner is quick to contact if there is an issue, but doesn't follow through on his word. Placed back to a 1 star review(If you go, select Denice, I've had two good cuts with her).

Update after vendor response: You seriously think I should be confronting the hairdresser, or the manager in front of her? I'm not the type to do that. (Perhaps you didn't read where I said I was a little shy so didn't mention it). If the manager was in fact in the store, she would witness how this hairdresser works. The manager should try watching your staff and your customers. Teach them. The customer shouldn't be pointing out what was missed, or have to clean the hair off their face. If you care, then read my complaint again, and address is with your staff. It's too late for me, but your future customers might appreciate it. Lots of customers won't confront an employee - or the manager in front of her. Why would you expect this? ---- Original post: I went for a haircut recently. After she was almost done, she asked "how's that?". I said good except I did point out an obvious uneven part on top i preferred she even out, and she said curtly "I'm not done yet". Then she cut all of the top much shorter - too short. A couple of minutes later she took the apron off me and dumped half of my hair on my pants. She quickly wiped the back of my neck, then stood there and said nothing. I waited, as I had hair all over my forehead and face. I was expecting her to brush or blow it off. After a few seconds of looking at me, she turned the chair pointing me towards the door and said "thank you". I'm a little shy, so did not mention anything, but I can't believe she didn't clean any of the hair off me. I paid and left, then spent a few minutes in the parking lot wiping and shaking the hair off myself. A shower once at home and I was OK, but I've never had an experience like that before. Unbelievable. I will not be going back. I didn't get a receipt, so I don't even know her name.

My son went in for a haircut today and asked for long on the top (to his eyebrows) and short on the side. He was very direct in his request. While the end result looked clean and professional this was not at all what he had requested and his hair was the same length all around and very short. He is quite disappointed. Make sure when you go in that you are super firm with your request on what it is you are looking for. I also think it's important as a professional that if you do not feel comfortable cutting a certain style that you lean on your co-workers as team to make sure that the client gets the cut they have requested. I would have waited for another stylist and shown no judgement in order to get what was asked for. I'm giving two stars because it was a very warm and welcoming place and everyone seemed very nice. The haircut was also executed nicely but not to the clients request. I would like this to just be a form of constructive feedback rather than a complaint.

They do a really great job and it’s really at the same cost as any generic salon where your going to pay $20 for a men’s haircut. The upgrade is worth it as the hot face towel makes the whole thing a nice morning out and really they do a quality job quickly. I like that you can check into the line online so that it cuts down the wait. Great place and we’ll be back.

Amazing staff! Very nice and friendly. Love the location. Great hair cut and they gave me the MVP for free for my first visit. :) This is my new spot!
