★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good store. Staff are mostly friendly except for one kid (Marek I believe. I heard his name from another staff member) who got me the wrong shoe and was rude after I told him that it wasn't the one I was looking for. He blamed it on me because apparently I "Need to be more clear about what I want" (?) I don't like to feel disrespected by kids after they make a mistake. I tried asking questions to no avail (He didn't seem to know about what he was talking about when it came to shoes) I ended up looking elsewhere for my winter boots. The only explanation I can think of is lack of training? Although I guess you can't train someone to be more friendly.
