★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we built in 2002 Spooner Electric seemed reliable. Now it's impossible to get estimates from them and they are far from reliable. Very disappointing that there is such limited competition on the north shore.

So, called back, and was given to one of the electricians, and he said he would call on the next Tuesday to make a time to come that day.....but guess what, he never called me.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with this company, first I tried getting a quote they couldn't even do that, tried them again for another job didn't have the decency to even call back. Then they work for a company we rented a machine from, which they just dropped it off on the middle of our drive way without letting us know it was there, who does that? Plus it was a multi person drive way more then one house lived up here, so blocking two people's drive ways, then when they came to pick up the machine they decided to drive up the drive and go up our new drive we just had done and put big holes in it cause he couldn't make it up then proceed to do it several times leaving our drive way a mess. Huge disappointment would not recommend this company to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Four people working in office nobody wearing a mask. Sign on door states must wear mask to enter and only one person allowed in at a time. When i was there three customers in office and one wasnt wearing a mask told him to quit breathing down my neck and put on a mask. Why was he being servered. Definitely on a different planet at this location. Wont go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a permanent dishwasher and contacted their office since April 2021. Its now January 2022 and still have not sent anybody to hook up dishwasher. Everytime i phoned they never booked me an appointment. They dont have a reservation system in place after several phone calls nobody was sent out to hook up dishwasher. January is come and gone enough is enough. I called The Fox and right away they booked me. They have a reservation system and only take less than a week. I recommend not contacting any contract bussiness in Chase. They are the worst for not returning phone calls or even giving you answers. Go out of town to do any work done on your house. You'll get a faster response. Spooner electric, i dont recommend. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a couple of the fellas out for snow removal and sanding. They did an amazing job and then loaned me a set of tire chains so I could get my moving truck backed up the drive. Top notch customer service.
