★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at the front desk has an awful attitude. She is always judging and talking about clients and staff. Everytime I've visited, I just want to run out the door! The environment is very unwelcoming and unpleasant to be in. The stylists are always changing, so I never get a consistent hair dresser. The last lady that dyed and cut my hair, completely messed up. She didn't listen to the instructions I gave her of what I wanted done. Regardless I still ended up paying for it even after I expressed that I'm not happy. I don't recommend it and I won't be going back! Dissatisfied.
