About Spoiled Rotten Remedial Massage & Wellness
Our clinic is located in a quaint character building right in the heart of Medicine Hat. The building is fully air conditioned for client and staff comfort. The owner launched the business from her home the spring of 2002. In 2003 we moved into our current location. In 2007 we secured an adjacent bay in our building and expanded and hired additional Registered Massage Therapists. Over the years we have had the entire interior renovated and professionally decorated. All of our Treatment Rooms are large in size with 9 foot ceilings, many sound-proofing efforts, and well ventilated including ceiling fans. In 2014 we dressed up the exterior of our building with a professional paint job and added two large Planters out front that we fill to overflowing with fragrant petunias. Clients often refer to us as that "little gem" that you discover and rave about to all your friends.
We provide plenty of free parking for our staff and clients.The Clinic's primary focus is Therapeutic/Remedial Massage but we do offer all modalities of Massage as well as various Esthetic services. We were the first to offer Direct Billing for Massage in Medicine Hat and we now bill direct to 99% of all Group Insurers. We endeavor to make it as seamless as possible for clients to visit us! Our Direct Billing Program has lead to huge growth in our reputation and clientele. We book up quickly - but not to worry...we have a Cancellation List to ensure that we can contact you with availability due to sudden cancellations or increased availability. The therapists listened to what we needed. A soothing, calming environment and excellent experience. Absolutely a great place to get a massage!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is ok as it’s not a busy area (mostly residential) so there is street parking. The building is old and it is clean but not spa-like at all. Quite dated in fact.
I very pleased with my therapeutic massage. David is fantastic. I made a return appointment prior to leaving as l feel this will benefit my overall health and well-being. I have recommended him to my husband who has chronic arm and shoulder pain.

I called and was able to get in the same day, the staff was so incredible, the massage from Lena was one of the best I’ve ever had (which is saying something because I am extremely reluctant to get massages due to some bad ones I’ve had in the past), and they just went above and beyond in many ways. There were wireless chargers for your phone, you could connect your own music if you desired, and they gave me water on the way out. Such small gestures, but those things on top of a great massage made the whole experience so pleasant. I will 100% be returning.
