S	Sandy Neuls on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our screens didn't work. we ordered a platter and it took over a hour and when I asked about it the employee told me it was because of the pizza which was a pita or naan with sauce cheese and pepperoni..like a personal pizza. Not even real pizza crust, I just do not understand. Disappointing to say the least.
W	Ward Fertuck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my son's 14th birthday party there this past weekend. A great time was had by all so thank you very much for that. Staff were pleasant but very understaffed. The table next to us was pulled high with used dishes and such from the time we sat down till 3 mins b4 we left. Also nobody checked our table. To get drinks had to go up to the bar (which is fine) but then to wait for up to 5 minutes to be served being the only one waiting is ridiculous. Could have a great place there if they had proper staffing!!! Thanks for the good time with my son!!!!

PLEASE PLEASE if you are able, your establishment needs more staffing to run smoothly. Customers are usually very patient but I don’t remember a time I’ve seen more than one employee to answer phones, book lanes, handle shoes, take payments, run the bar, tend to the arcade etc. It’s very sad to see them working so hard to keep things above water when this is a busy location.

They seemed short staffed but one staff member with shoulder length hair and a Demon Slayer shirt worked like he was three separate people and did an exceptional job. Very impressed with his level of service. We are already planning our next staff party there
C	Casandra Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my niece for her birthday today and we didn’t have a great experience with some of the staff. Upon arrival the lady and curly haired man at the desk were loudly complaining about how neither of them wanted to serve my family. There was also another man working when we arrived and when asked if the gutter railing could be put up because our niece was having trouble without them he stood there not doing anything. Basically we wasted 20 minutes of the 60 we paid for because our niece wasn’t having fun with all of her balls going into the gutters. After bringing it to the attention of the rude lady working that the man was being lazy and not coming over she came immediately and put up the gutter rails. It took all of 10 seconds. Same attitude as the service we were given when she came over. We haven’t been here in years, but we some of the workers attitudes and customer service need to be straightened out. Last time we went bowling here it was great and amazing service. Not all of the workers were rude and lazy, but these three definitely make us not want to bring any of our family here for our special occasions. Beware of borrowing bowling shoes too. The shoes are falling apart. 2 Stars because of the staff that were actually nice.

Kids are more excited playing and competing with their friends in bowling. They had so much fun too with the arcade. They are thrilled with the games. Just a tip have them play to the arcade after the bowling hour. We spent a big amount through the arcade hahaha. You are also allowed to bring cakes and cupcakes for the birthday party. Other than that, foods and beverages are not allowed. My son wants to spend his birthday party here too. My kids and their friends had a fantastic experience. I am raving about Jayden of Splitsville. We were there Sunday, November, around 12:30 pm onwards. He is the only person manning the counter and the arcade, checking vaccine passports, serving food, accommodating each person for the shoe rental. He did an amazing job! He did the three-person job all by himself. He did his job smoothly, without whining. He remained calm, even though it was too hectic at that time. I almost wanted to complain because of the long wait but his calm composure reciprocated with me. Instead, I felt bad for him and at the same time amazed! You are a great employee, Jayden! You are the best!
