We just told them what we wanted to do - i.e. what we wanted the bathroom to look like & function and they made sure the right parts were ordered. Now doing our other bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trista and Brandon have been very helpful and diligent with any questions and concerns that we had concerning bathroom fixtures for a recent renovation to our ensuite bathroom. Trista contacted Maxx regarding our Ariosa bathtub, and the technician was able to resolve the issue with our bathtub the following week. Great follow up and thank you again.

She spent the extra time looking for similar items which were not in the store and emailed them to me promptly. She knows her products.

Although not a direct customer (the home I purchased had a sink from Splashes), I was provided the replacement piece I needed at no charge and had exceptional service throughout the entire process.
Highly recommend this store.
