I have been seeing Terry for a year now. My life has changed for the better over the past year in ways I could not have predicted. The depth of witnessing and space to be myself that I have experienced during my sessions with Terry have been profoundly life changing. Creating a disruption to deeply ingrained patterning of behaviours has been a challenge for me, but over time I can definitely notice shifting in my thoughts and behaviours that ripple into the rest of my life experience. I can say that her support has helped me change the way I relate to myself and life and am so grateful for her and how she works.

I found Terry at a very tender moment in my life. She was balm to my soul as I came to peace with my deep grief.
