Specifically Kent Chan, I can not say enough about his dedication to service, knowledge and loyalty to his clients. Kent was able to accomplish in 2 weeks what my bank couldn't do in 3 months. This is my second time dealing with this company and I am extremely pleased with the results. If your interested in refinancing I would absolutely recommend Kent Chan as your broker. We are so happy with what Kent Chan did with us. He made this deal stress free. I had Kent Chan as my mortgage advisor and all I can say is he was the most helpful person out there. Not only did he give me credit advice that boosted my score enough to get with a major financial institution, I was able to get my mortgage for my new home. You may be thinking who is Spectrum and what do they do? Well they get it done! I was so happy to hear when I was able to get my mortgage for my new house and I couldn’t of done it without them!
