★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the moment, you can visit by appointment only. We had an appointment to see a cat, and when we arrived, we found out that he had already been adopted. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and understood completely what we were looking for in a pet. We ended up adopting the most adorable kitten, and they made everything easy and clear. I feel great about my experience there and I would definitely recommend contacting them if you are looking to adopt a pet as they take the time to make sure you end up with the right match.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful brand new facility. The animals are really well looked after. The staff is super friendly and caring. This is one of their volunteers (Jocelyne Beaudet) who fosters kittens. The staff is super kind and appreciative of their volunteers. These are donations that Jocelyne's family and friends collected in her name for her birthday. The picture is in front of the dog kennels. Super clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist is a nice young lady. The place itself is a business though. It cost me almost 160$ when i came to pick up my lost dog which stayed there over night (thank you to those who found him and brought him there, and thank you to those who took care of him) If you don't pay, they keep your dog and euthanize it or sell it to someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great rescue right outside Montreal. The volunteers and staff at Roussillon are very helpful. Their do their best to find the right home for the right people. I would highly recommend that If you are looking a fur baby this is a great place to start.
