My small kids were comfortable too. Would recommend. New management is responsive and is making noticeable changes.
A	Ali Ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This the only closest Laundry near to my home and i have been using this Landry place for last 3 years and most of the time Their Dryers doors opens up it self while machine on and start throwing Cloths out i have to stay by door the whole time of drying. It's so sucks they have never fixed the problem ? ? ? ?. What a disappointment.

They called today for my email and my money was refund
A	Alex Kilcup on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one good thing was that this place is 24/7. however during my visit it was extremely dirty and all the machines are older ones it appears. One of the washers ate my money without adding water but spun...another washer I used I found what looked like parts of a latex condoms and a bandaid in the rubber door seal(not mine and I certainly did rewash in a different machine after I found that) about 6-10 machines said out of order on them. Well over 20 dryer sheets scattered on the floor, dirt and leaves all over floor too. The dryers took about 45 minutes which I've never seen before. There is also no bathroom.
E	Eufrance Andrea Gutierrez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You guys really have to update your cleaning and sanitizing of the area...lately it was not clean and some people just leave their used fabric softener on the floors and I could see some lint and dirt around the washers..it is really disgusting and one more thing...the dispenser for the plastic bag will take your coins but won't dispense the product.
V	Vanessa Simone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time there and it was a horrible experience. Half the washing machines are broken, but only one had a sign. So, I did my laundry and then had to do it over again, and waste another 3/4 of an hour waiting. The attendant said she left at 9pm, so she left machines with water pooled in them, broken, dry detergent in them, because that was what I saw when I was in there at 9:30pm. All those broken machines could have, at the very least, had a sign on them before she left and nothing was done. The didn't all break down in 30 minutes after she left. Other people were losing their money in the machines while I was waiting as well. I don't care that they will email me the money - it was a huge waste of my time that I won't be paid for. People are in there without masks on too. Horrible all round.
T	Taylor Butay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know what this lady (Vanessa Simone) is talking about, my wife and I been doing laundry in this place for almost 11 years now and haven't had any issues to date. Refund is there when we request with proof that its not our fault, just a compromise with the time. Maybe she doesn't know how to use the machines and stick to his basement apartment amenities. Everytime we do laundry, we see a lot of the regulars that keep coming back on a weekly basis.

Cleanliness is still an issue, but not as bad as it was a month or so ago, but that said, EVERYONE needs to do their part and pick up their own dryer sheets and USE THE TRASH BINS PROVIDED. I am tired of picking up after other patrons' deliberate and rude littering (I too, am a patron). My money was refunded promptly and one of the owners/partners assured me he would go to have a look at the machines which broke down right after the washing cycles started, so that's good. Still, the web site mentions brand new machines and refreshments, but the machines there have been there all the years I've used that laundromat. PERHAPS the motors and interior parts are new, I don't know, but the exteriors are the same. I did suggest they consider swapping or adding at least 2 mid-sized machines to accommodate for patrons not needing 5-loaders, but needing larger than single-loaders. THANK YOU to the owner/partner who responded professionally and promptly to my pleas for assistance! 5 stars will appear when the laundromat is just a little more reflective of the web site's description of ammenities.
