Very happy with the service we had with Sparkle and Sheen, they did an excellent job. One thing was overlooked, but they came back the next day and made sure everything was done. Very happy and looking forward to doing business with them in the future.

I actively chose to book with your company to support local small businesses and i am very disappointed. I am taking the time to write this so you can focus more on how you conduct services and communicate with customers and hopefully have happier customers in the future. 1. The first appointment was booked on Saturday 21st 9 AM. Before I was leaving home I noticed the appointment was changed to 10:30. 2. I booked almost a month in advance to make sure I receive the service on time. However, the service was not completed in Saturdays as the cleaner had another appointment to go to and did not have time to finish the main floor. 3. Then the cleaner told me that someone from the team will be contacting me to set an appointment for the next day or Monday. I specifically told them that Monday morning will not work for me as I had already booked a carpet cleaning and that would get in their way. 4. However, I see an appointment was set on Monday at 9AM without even contacting me first. I emailed you to reschedule it but I did not get a respond. On Monday morning, with no notice of cancellation or reschedule, I confirmed the appointment and went to the house at 9 waiting for your team. (I have a screenshot of the appointment still showing confirmed on Monday morning ) 5. When no one showed up to my house I called the number on the site and spoke to a member of your team. They were very very rude to me and dismissive. Monday was a holiday but considering you had not put a notice on your website that you were closed and that you had already booked services for that day, you can not blame me to call you on a holiday. 6. We end the call by your operator saying “ I don’t have the time for this conversation “ and that they were going to call me on Tuesday to set a follow up appointment. 7. You only contacted me after I respond to a msg about the Saturday’s service and inform me that you have already booked an appointment for me, again without checking for my availability, on Wednesday 8:30 AM. Finally we talked over text and I decided I rather take time off work and finish the cleaning so I would not have to deal with the administration team anymore. The cleaners were very nice and professional and I was happy with their work. I hope you reconsider how you communicate with your clients both in the manner of talking to them and your process of setting appointments. If you weren't so rude to me on the phone, I probably would not have left you the negative review.

Cinnamon did a fabulous job. Our house sparkled and she even did a little organizing. The staff at this company are wonderful and great at their job. I highly recommend this company.

I had 3 ladies come into my home to do a spring clean & they did an AMAZING job. All 3 of them were so nice & easy to talk with. They even unloaded my dishwasher & cleaned the inside of my cupboards. I would say this is the best cleaning service I have ever had! The one cleaner did a rose in our toiler paper in the upstairs bathroom & a bow in the basement bathroom. They went above & beyond! I cant wait to get my house cleaned next month. :)

Raquel and her crew are fantastic. She always finds room for me to book even at the last minute. I have had different people cleaning for me every time and they always do a great job. I am very happy with Sparkle and Sheen and would highly recommend to anyone. The girls are always so happy and cheerful

I have been searching for a reputable cleaning company since moving to Edmonton, and upon hearing the recommendation of Sparkle & Sheen from a coworker I decided to give them a try. Great customer service right from my first phone call. They were easy to deal with and it was a breeze to book my clean. My cleaning team was Sierra and Cadence. Those young ladies were both kind, and have a keen eye for details I would normally miss when cleaning myself. They did a phenomenal job cleaning my once messy home. The girls went above and beyond my expectations and I was very impressed with their work. I will continue recommending Sparkle & Sheen to anyone I know! Thank you again for your amazing work.
