N	Nic Freeden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After driving in from an acreage 45 minutes from Saskatoon and coordinating another vehicle to pick up me and my son from the detail place to drop off the vehicle the night prior to, we receive a phone call 20 minutes later (after getting across Saskatoon) that our vehicle was in worse shape than we he thought and he wouldn't have time to do it and to come and pick it up. I booked my vehicle in 2+ weeks prior, I called the day prior to confirm and see how long it would take (to plan a ride to the auto detail place) and was never asked the condition. We have a toddler and two large dogs, so our vehicle is in typical "mom-mobile" condition. Some dirt, dog hair, and the odd McDonald French fry laying around. We are also 8.5 months pregnant and this was the last day I felt comfortable to leave my vehicle, incase something were to happen. Now the next time I get my vehicle detailed from another company I'll need to coordinate a new born and a toddler with dropping my vehicle off while we live out of town. To receive a phone call saying they couldn't accommodate it because it would "screw up" their entire week was completely unprofessional. The company never mentioned anything when I booked, nor when I dropped off about the state of the car. We told them the make and model and that it was a full sized SUV. We get our vehicle detailed about twice a year (from another place) and they've never had a problem fitting it in for the day. Just completely unimpressed with the professionalism from this company.

Dog hair STILL UNDER MY CAR CARPET- which I told Jim the owner: was my MAIN PRIORITY!Aircon vent DUSTY, underneath CAR SEATS were dog hair still and dust. Though he did a good job in washing my seat upholstery. Thanks anyway- SHALL NOT RECOMMEND YOUR SHOP AT ALL.
c	carley greene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I dropped off my SUV in the morning the staff or owner (unsure) told me it would be done in 5 hours. He called to let me know it was done at the 5 hour mark. When I arrived I checked it over, I pointed out numerous things that were missed or only half done. The owner brushed me off and stated he doesn't have time for this and that I could just go without paying. I stated that it wasn't that I didn't want to pay but that there was many things that I noticed just glancing over such as the carpet not being vacuumed, streaks all over the windows, floor mats dirty, the rubber lining around the doors not being wiped, and the stuff he used to wipe down the leather not being rubbed in and left grease marks and obvious spots. To top it off my floor mat from the back passenger seat looked destroyed by a knife. I questioned the owner about this and he stated that there was stuff that was stuck on it ( it was juice) that wasn't coming off so he had to CUT it off. If it was that difficult to get off I would have understood that I would need to soak it and not have him destroy my mat. I have only had my SUV for 14 months and was brand new off the lot. All of the dirt was basically surface. The owner handed me my keys and opened the garage and instructed me to just go because he doesn't have time for this. He acted like he was offended and did not care about the quality of work done. I'm very disappointed with the quality of service and lack of customer service from this company. This is my first experience getting a vehicle detailed and it was horrible.
C	Conscious Consumer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my vehicle here for the first time. The fellow was very friendly and accommodating however the quality of the detailing was poor. The windows were streaked, dust and dirt still on the floors. I have a new vehicle which is kept clean so it wasn't that tough of a job. I ended up cleaning it myself.

I just wanted detailing because I wanted to perfect it. Though I know that it is not possible, I still had high hopes that the dust/dirt particles on the corners of the seats would at least be removed, but when I inspected my vehicle, it was still there and it was like nothing was done to it. The actual cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, etc. was poorly done, but at least the dashboard was polished and was blackened. When they washed the seats, there were still some dirt particles left, but at least the vehicle smelled nice in the end. It was not great and I would not highly recommend, but if you're only looking for some simple car pampering, I guess you could still try Sparkle.
