★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great co-working space to lock down and get some work done, as well as meet other young, professionals. The rooftop patio area has a nice view of the CN Tower and is a fun place to work in the summer.

You can hear people walking upstairs on the old wooden floors.
The sea salt chocolate chip cookie in the coffee shop downstairs is also amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company I have ever seen in my life. When you met everything looks so good but then when you sign they show you the real face. They claim that I have unpaid bills but I checked with bank I paid all my bills. They will try to steal your money as scam. They stole my credit card info and made payment for their account. Horrible! This can not be business company. Only can be business horror movie! 2020
(After 6 months at the end of my agreement they should have pay me the retainer but still they didn't pay me back. And still they are claiming they sent that money back to me. I was wishing that at least now I am not their customer I thought they will just send me retainer without making me send a e-mail about it. But no even I am not their customer they are still a nightmare! Do your home office, don't work with this headache company. 2021)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a relaxed atmosphere. Many who were there were quietly and busily working on whatever it is that they do. The wi-fi is quick and easy to access. You can bring food in the space for snacking or a lunch. There are a diverse selection of seating areas; the elevator lobbies on each floor are all slightly different and a good and quiet and comfortable place to work.... electrical outlets are easily and readily available too. The office spaces and varios rooms are well-lit with mostly all glass walls... it's a very transparent setting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 0 stars if i could. Spaces is a cool space and we were excited to move in and enjoyed our time until it came to needing support due to COVID. The team have been completely unhelpful, unreasonable, not open to discussion except to answer NO to everything we asked. As a large international company they took 0 risk and we not only had to pay full rent during the months it was not safe to use our office but they also charged us LATE FEES!!!! We are a small not for profit company. Very DISAPPOINTED with the service & will NEVER do business with Regus/Spaces again. I would not recommend renting from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very nice venue for hosting any event per se. The venue is very accommodating, looks extremely unique and has a decent capacity. It has a very classy atmosphere with the industrial design of the space. Not to mention a great view of Toronto on the rooftop.
