They offer holistic care that not only looks at reliving the surface level pain - they want to get down to whats causing the pain and they do it with much knowledge and gentleness. I look forward to going here every time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a most unpleasant experience. My wife had arranged an appointment for me with the RMT.
When my wife made the appointment she filled out intake forms with all our medical billing info.When I went for appointment I filled out disclaimer forms that clearly stated do not initial or sign until having talked to RMT.I asked about this and was told no worries just saving time...O.K. all good .On the next move I was handed a debit card machine that was billing me full cost of RMT even though we have dual coverage that gets directly billed . I asked what was with that and was told they didn't have my billing info. I felt things were wrong and told them so.My wife was at work and unavailable right at that moment so I told receptionist I would have to rebook.I walked out the door and got a message from my wife .She told me that they had all our info ..but here it is again ...it took all of 3 minutes from when I walked out .I turned around and went back told receptionist I had all the info again and was told the appointment was given to someone else .Which honestly was fine by me .My wife phoned the clinic to question what happened to the intake forms that she had submitted to them and was told by the receptionist that she..the receptionist had no access to them??? At any rate as I stated previously it was a most unpleasant experience My wife had an appointment for the next day ....she canceled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for locals, front desk staff are excellent and very polite, make you feel welcome. I highly recommend this place...I use it for massage and chiro. Just be warned (wait times are crazy long).
