β β β β β In season or off season...Used not just for organized sports. Great for walking to exercise me & the dog, my daughter likes the pathways for jogging. We see small groups using the fields for unorganized sports now too. Off season, disappointed that all the toilets (portable) gone even at the dog enclosure.

β β β β β In reference to the leash free dog park, simply a fenced in plot of barren land, one picnic table, no trees, no path within the fenced area. Barren: barΒ·ren ΛberΙn: (of a place or building) bleak and lifeless. In the spirit of Siskel & Ebert, two thumbs down for the dog park.
Great park otherwise.

β β β β β It's a nice park for the dogs to run and socialize but it to bad so many people don't clean up after there dogs while there. For those of you that use this park and enjoy it don't be shy to tell those who are abusing if you see them to start cleaning up after there dogs! !

β β β β β Friendly and attentive dog owners (and dogs). Never over crowded and lot of space to run. Largest and quietest in the area.

β β β β β Beautiful 2.5K walking trail. Beware it's a little muddy through the wooded section at this time. Lots of parking for the multiple sports fields.

β β β β β Use this park for rendezvous of road bike riders in spring, summer and fall. Wintertime destination for hiking when no snow and snowshoeing when there is snow. I am a Nordic skier enthusiast so I make aerobic paths around the park and ball diamonds. Great when snow is freshly fallen. Not so great when ski trails made by skiers are trampled on by snowshoers and hikers
