I have been waiting for a simple gate to be installed for a client since it was priced on May 19th. It is now September. For months they were telling me that this job was in their queue, and now they've effectively ghosted me. They can't be bothered to return emails, and when I call they insist that it's in their queue and that they'll let me know soon when the install will be. I'm not sure where to go for metalwork now, but it is certainly not South Side anymore. Don't waste your client's time - look somewhere else.

We had some exterior stair railing installed on our front porch, and some interior stair railing installed as well. They were great throughout the whole process. They were very helpful regarding giving us options to work with. The installation went great, and I would highly recommend them to anybody seeking railing, or stair products.

The employees were amazing. Dillan was great at communicating and setting up appointments for measuring. The install team were also very accommodating. As the homeowner sometimes I can feel in the way while a trade comes in, but that didn't happen here. They never made me feel bad anytime I had to go up and down the stairs while they were installing. If I had 100 sets of stairs, I'd call them 100 times to install each and every time. Thanks for a great experience and an amazing end product!!
