★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The work crew showed up early and got to work in short order. Each individual appeared to understand their role and they worked very well together completing the job quickly. The old material was removed quickly with individuals cleaning as they went to minimize site debris. While the job size (and heat) required them to come back a second day they left the roof well secured for the night. They undertook a very thorough site clean up at the end of their second / final day. I / we were very impressed and pleased with the quality of work and the way the entire job has been managed and handled from start to finish. I would definitely recommend South Peak Roofing should you be considering having your roof repaired or replaced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Service, Sheldon helped us choose the shingles that were in keeping with our budget and looked great once installed on the roof. I loved the "one day service". They were here and gone in one day!! I was missing a piece of metal flashing on the end of the roof and Sheldon took the time to find a piece of metal that matched and installed it so that the job looked complete when done. Thank-you South Peak Roofing!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted many contractors for roofing quotes last year. I was holding out for one company to complete the job. Many texts, many calls it never happened....I had to restart my search, again some never bothered to return my calls or show up for quotes. I contacted South Peak and within a few days I had quotes with 4 different options for shingles and metal. It all came via e-mail with links to the products I could choose from with warranty options. Sheldon was very responsive and professional in explaining the quality, durability and expectation of each shingle. It was an easy decision, the pricing was within my means as well. I was booked in and work completed within a month. His crew was fabulous, everyone knew their job and their work flowed together. Showed up at 7:30 and by 12:30 the roof was stripped, reshingled and yard spotless. Kudos, thank you....The stress is gone....I would recommend you to anyone....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with South Peak Roofing & Exteriors was perfection made manifest from my first phone call for a quotation to Sheldon Luscombe to final inspection upon completion of the job. I wound up in the end with better quality shingles and other required materials, properly installed drip-edge, revised and improved roof venting system and a lighter colour to reflect away more heat. The quotation offered more and better choices then the competitors. What was offered in the quotation was followed to the letter with no changes or surprises! Sheldon was true to his word with respect to starting time. The roofing crew members worked quickly and efficiently while sacrificing nothing in quality. The entire job was completed in an expert and professional manner, an exemplary demonstration of how business should be conducted. Would that all businesses should conduct themselves in such a manner!
In the end I got more for my money than I had originally anticipated.
So I tried to repay in kind by paying the invoice immediately.

When Sheldon first came to have a look at my roof he noticed an area that needed a patch. Without hesitation he fixed it up for me. I didn’t need any other roofing quotes after that. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So Glad that I called South Peak Roofing. From the first phone call, these guys made things Easy. I was REALLY not wanting to ever have to deal with roofing again and was thinking about doing a metal roof. Sheldon walked me through the whole process and really took the time to listen to all of my concerns, my worries and answered every question I had. In the end, with his help and expertise, I was able to find the roofing material that would work for what I needed! While there were supply issues getting the roofing material down (I ordered in September 2021 and the materials arrived in April 2022) I do NOT blame these guys ONE BIT!!!! Sheldon was amazing, making sure I was up to date on the progress of getting the supplies in and even offering me other alternatives if I wanted to have the rook done before the snow flew. When the product arrived, and the weather co-operated, they got right to work finishing my roof in a very timely manner. They cleaned up the yard, and it even looked like they cleaned out the gutters a bit for me as well! I have not been able to talk this company up enough to all of my friends, family and anyone I come across needing a new roof! They are SIMPLY THE BEST!!! I only wish I knew about them 5 years ago!!! You will not go wrong with this company. Professional, honest and hard working. Something you do not find in the world today!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are so happy with our new roof. The work was done quickly and after they were done they did an excellent job cleaning up. Sheldon is always friendly and is well organized. Our squeaky loud whirlybird has been replaced with an up to date ventilation system that I can no longer hear on a windy day. After our son had such a positive experience with them, we knew we would choose them. If we ever need anything else done we won’t hesitate to go with them again.
