Despite being obviously very busy, Cade is thoughtful and polite. The work was carried out quickly, neatly and at a fair price. Highly recommended.

The floor used to be bumpy, full of holes and uneven, but is now as smooth as glass. Cade and his crew were very kind, respectful and finished the job quickly. We would highly recommend South Island Surfaces for refinishing your concrete surfaces!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reliable, professional, salt-of-the-earth people who know what they are doing! I had a very negative experience with two other businesses before calling Cade at South Island Surfaces. He came out the next day to provide an estimate for fixing an aweful job that another "professional" had done.
Cade provided me with a quote the very next day, and a detailed description of exactly what went wrong with the previous work. His price was fair, and he booked me in the following week.
Both Cade and Jeff showed up ON TIME! They were friendly, explained the process, and had all of the tools for the job. No hidden costs, and they really went the extra mile to help me out. The final results look great. My concrete slab is now very flat, and I'm ready to lay my laminate.
I would not hesitate to recommend South Island Surfaces to anyone in need of a professional leveling or concrete job, I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future. Thanks again guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have a commercial kitchen and they got it done on time and finished ahead of schedule. The guys were professional and communicated well. Our floors look great and are a large improvement from the tile we had previously. The Ucrete product is grippy but still easy to clean.
I'd recommend them to anyone looking to resurface a kitchen or any workspace.
