Absolutely terrible wait times - 9/10 times we've shown up 15 minutes early and sat there for an hour before gettting brought back for the appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to get through to speak to someone is very frustrating. Their phone lines don't open when the office opens and tend to be shut down 15-20 mins before the office closes. Then when they are open and you press 2 to be transfered, you are either disconnected or get a "busy" signal more times then you get an actual transfer through. I absolutely love my doctor but the communication attempts with this office are very stressful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Galdon is the absolute loveliest doctor I've ever been a patient of! She is so sweet and really listens to my concerns. I am so happy to have her as my doctor and have full faith in anything she recommends etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this clinic and all the doctors are very nice, polite and patient. They will answer all your questions very patiently. The only reason I am giving 3* rating is because of the receptionist. The receptionist(I don’t know her name) is very impolite, very very rude with the patients. I don’t know how she behaves with others but we are immigrants and her reception with us is not acceptable which brings bad reputation to the clinic. Pregnant women will go through a lot and least, we can expect a smile from receptionist which makes us happier. If possible, I would recommend to change the receptionist ASAP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent doctors, but terrible service from the office management. Where they harass patients. As soon as I’m able to talk to my wife’s doctor, I’ll never bring my wife again to this clinic, where we suffered discrimination and we were treated very impolitely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very surprised by the negative reviews on here. I've never had an issue with any of the staff, i can always get through to communicate with them and the ladies are always so friendly everytime I come in. Dr. Carlissa Wittner and her assisant O are an amazing team. Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the absolute pleasure of having Dr. Wittner-Smith as my OB for a D&C and post-op care, then for my full pregnancy with my son, and now with my current pregnancy (twins). She is always pleasant, answers all my questions, but is also very efficient. I have never had to wait longer than 10-15 minutes for an appointment with her.
What made her stand out to me originally was that she not only cared about my physical well being, but also my emotional.
Today was my first day at this new clinic, and it is beautiful! The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, and they squeezed me in for an appointment when I, honestly, desperately needed one.
I'm glad to continue to return to the SEW clinic, and would refer it to anyone looking for a good experience with doctors and staff who listen and care.
