★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little shop! My band stopped here in the morning and the boys at Sound Factory hooked us up with strings and all we needed with a laid-back friendly attitude!
They hooked us up with more than we needed for our long tour up North, and they even consigned some of our records!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is great music store. I take my kid there for lessons, and I am constantly blown away by the really friendly staff. They are super keen and seem very invested in supporting the music industry in Prince George. I appreciate the waiting room for parents. I love that they have free Wi-Fi. I wish I could give them four and a half Stars. The only thing keeping them from a five-star and my mind is I can't get banjo lessons there yet :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sound Factory's my first stop in PG for musical equipment - they've got what I need (guitar, drums), have helped with special orders, and always ready with great advice and options. No judgement, just help. This's is a local music store - run and owned by locals, and helping support and build the music scene in many ways, including instruction, events, and rentals etc. Management, service, ownership: just awesome.

friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
i remember after purchasing an amp, some strings and a strap; i got home and realized the strap wasn't on my bill, so i called and let them know.
it was no problem, it happens.
They're definitely the kind of store that you like to go to and support.

Great service all around, complete with the local floor mat/dog like any good store should have! Prince George’s School of Rock!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son and I began guitar lessons with Sound Factory two years ago without a minute of experience. The staff and instructor were welcoming, accepting and encouraging and we've made huge strides in our abilities and knowledge. When I was searching for a new amp, the staff didn't try tp upsell me, but directed me to a model that was appropriate for my abilities where I wouldn't be paying for features I would never use. Great local business.

They happened to have an introductory violin in stock at a reasonable price and got it all ready for me. I shopped around and I was happy to make the purchase at Sound Factory. What friendly staff!
