★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sushi was good. Not great, not bad. But the tempura was amazing and the sunomono salad was one of the best I've ever had. 5/5 for ingredients. Then add outstanding service in pandemic times! Will return for the great food and to see if we just had an off day for the sushi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Sushi place I've been too in my whole life. Absolutely unreal. Had the Spicy Pork Ramen, Spicy Tuna Roll and a Dynamite Roll. Next time I'm in Pincher I will definitely be indulging again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been staying in Pincher Creek for the last 2 weeks and have had the pleasure of trying every restaurant in town. I just had the Beef Raman here and wow.... Best I've ever had. I'd have to say Soo Sushi is the nicest restaurant in town and definitely worth a taste if you're driving through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve stopped here twice in the past couple weeks while travelling in the area. Very impressed with the quality and variety of food. We are gluten intolerant so on our first visit the chef came out to discuss with us what we could and could not have. The second time the waitress was very knowledgeable. The food was delicious and we highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was travelling through Pincher Creek today and decided to try out this highly rated sushi place. We were pleasantly surprised by the flavour, price and freshness in such a remote part of the prairies. I highly recommend stopping here for lunch or dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious, fresh sushi in the middle of the prairies. We were thoroughly impressed by everything we ordered, but we especially loved the Soo Ramen and the Soo special roll. Definitely my favourite place in town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a great selection! I was very happy with the prices and quality of food. We tried a few different rolls and the pork katsu, everything tasted fresh and delicious. I really loved my spicy tuna roll and the pincher creek roll is a new favorite! To top it all off the service was really beyond 5 stars! They were so friendly and helpful.
