★ ★ ★ ★ ★ when you have a Sony product beware their support service sucks. Their representative are rude and it will take them almost 3 weeks to fix your computer. After sending my computer to be fixed by Sony. I had to replace the Hard drive that was functioning prior to sending it to them .
THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY EVER . I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN SONY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a 3000$ 85" TV XBR85X900H which has a severe audio issues (audio is not coming out and all the apps are frozen), I was told by a manager from your customer relations that this is a known issue (they actually release a TV with issues but hide it from their customers) the warranty does not cover such issue (again, manufacturer issues) and that I must wait for a software update without a release date.
Sony doesn't care about their customers, they only care that you pay them full price for supposedly high quality TV. Don't do my mistake and buy a Sony TV or any Sony product for that matter, their warranty worth nothing, and any issue you'll have is your problem.
I will never buy anything from Sony again
