★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très bon service à la clientèle, prix juste. Notez toutefois qu'ils ne vendent que du moyen-haut de gamme, vous ne trouverez pas de produits bas de gamme (ce qui est un plus, car les produits comme les TV Sharp, RCA etc. sont détestable, mais le prix est donc plus élevé)
Very good customer service, fair price. Note however that they only sell medium-high range, you will not find low-end products (which is a plus, because products like Sharp TVs, RCA etc. are detestable, but the price is therefore higher)

Donc, j'en étais à ma première dans ce magasin. Très beau magasin, personnels forts sympatiques et très bon service.
Je devrais y retourner aux besoins.

So, this was my first in this store. Very nice store, very friendly staff and very good service.

Avant d'acheter sur internet, vous devriez arrêté à se magasin!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popped in during our stay in Joliette looking for a nice pair of bookshelf speakers and was amazed by the knowledgeable staff and selection of products. Got to see the Panasonic OLED TV for the first time in person and it was head and shoulders above the junk I found at big box stores. Unfortunately I needed front ported bookshelf speakers and they only had rear ported ones but I would highly recommend this store, even if you live out of town. Honest advice is hard to come by and quality components last for decades.
