Inappropriate words from the mechanic who should mind his own business especially if I am not dealing with a repair but only with gasoline. They are going to go elsewhere because of him.

Le chauffeur de la remorque n'arrive à s'exprimer autrement que par des jurons et ou en maugréant. Madame Manon Marchand s'est empressée de promettre des réparations afin de préserver la réputation de son garage mais 1 an plus tard, après une série de promesses et l'envoi d'un évaluateur, il est impossible d'obtenir réparation car cette dernière nie soudainement toute responsabilité.
The people who comment 5 star here are the owners themselves. All the more reason to beware. My land was demolished by their tow truck that got bogged down. The driver of the trailer can not express himself except by swearing and grumbling. Madam Manon Marchand hastened to promise repairs in order to preserve the reputation of her garage but 1 year later, after a series of promises and the sending of an appraiser, it is impossible to obtain compensation because this one denies suddenly any responsibility.

Par contre, une fois sur place et ma voiture séparée, on prétexte une "erreur dans le calcul de la taxe" pour me facturer un prix différent que le prix total taxe incluse qu'on m'avait dit au téléphone, avant la réparation. Du moment que je tente de faire valoir, calmement, que lorsqu'on donne un prix au client, on doit honorer l'offre, la dame à la caisse m'engueule comme du poisson pourri. Je ne peux pas comprendre comment on peut être en affaire et n'avoir aucune espèce d'idée sur la bonne façon de s'adresser à un client. J'aurais fait la moitié de cela à mon emploi et je serais sans emploi aujourd'hui. Incroyable.
Good repair, fast. On the other hand, once there and my car separated, they pretend an "error in the calculation of the tax" to charge me a different price than the total price including tax that I had been told on the phone, before the repair. As long as I try to argue, calmly, that when we give a price to the customer, we must honor the offer, the lady at the cash register yells at me like rotten fish. I can't understand how you can be in business and have no sort of idea on the right way to speak to a client. I would have done half of that at my job and be out of work today. Unbelievable.

Le garage Marchand est a 45 minutes de notre residence et a partir de maintenant nous adoptons le garage Marchand pour toutes nos reparations et maintenance. Our Truck broke down on the road to Quebec, Garage Marchand took care of us from towing to repair. Professional and exceptional follow-up, customer service superior to supermarket service. The Marchand garage is 45 minutes from our residence and from now on we adopt the Marchand garage for all our repairs and maintenance.
