Went in for 1 Snowboard setup for my young son and left with 2 complete setups ( extra one for him when he outgrows the first one) and a board for myself. Wish you could rate higher than 5☆ they deserve an extra one. Will be back for years to come. Thank you Lady's ??

David Sommerville the owner comes across as the local yokel...but is extremely knowledgeable about bikes, hockey, baseball and lacrosse. David’s prices are some of the best that I’ve seen when compared to other retailers. The entire staff are just nice people. I don’t begrudge parting with my money when I shop there.

After researching and fooling around with Canadian Tire, Amazon and Sport Check online orders for more than a month, I drove by and wondered why I hadn't contacted Sommerville's. I called the next day and was told that during lockdown I could simply knock on the door and someone would come to help me. True to expectations I received VERY experienced help and was on my way with the parts I needed in less than 10 minutes! I always LOVE this store but had no idea it was actually open.
D	David Kozelenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a mountain E bike that has a derailleur that needs to be set up. I made an appointment and road the bike to Sommerville's. When i got there, they told me it weighed too much and wouldn't work on it. I offered to lift it up on their table to adjust it but they refused. I checked a mountain bike from canadian tire and it weighed 40lbs.My bike weighs under 50lbs with the battery removed. Why would they not work on the bike? If they were that worried about the weight, get two people to lift it, easily done but they wouldn't even try! Very disappointed in their customer service as they didn't even try to help and clearly didn't care.
