Been Going to this Dentist for awhile now, great staff and Dr.Wong is awesome so nice and happy with his patients..By far the best dentist I've been with !!

All the staff are very nice and helpful, and the dentists give good honest advice and general info. Also very kind and understanding if you tend to have anxiety towards going to the dentist. Thanks!

I wrote a review for Dr. Gordon Wong 4 years ago. I was just in the other day for a cleaning. I was reminded again how he goes the extra mile on a regular basis. Gordon Wong is one terrific dentist and a great guy. I recommend him and his team to all my friends.

By far the best dentist I have ever been too. I have been going to Dr. Wong for at least 6 years now. He is amazing! And his staff are always so nice and professional. They always make me feel super welcome and at home :)

I visited doctor GW quite a while ago to get bonding done to a few teeth. I specifically went out of my way to tell him I do not want any of my teeth ground down. I have defined canine teeth and he insisted I grind them down, when personally I didn't mind them. I again told him to not do anything to them. While in the chair, he went ahead and in a very sneaky way did a quick hard grinding pass over one of my canine teeth (he thought I wouldn't notice amidst all the noise and lighting of being in the dental chair). He quickly left the dental room right after he did it, and I asked the dental assistant what did he just do!? I had clearly felt my tooth being grinded after repeatedly saying I wanted them left alone. The assistant then proceeded to tell me yes he did, but that he took off a small amount. She seemed shocked herself. I was not happy as I said not to change the shape of my teeth, especially my canine's. When GW came back, I asked him, why he did that? He outright lied to me, saying he didn't remove anything, and that he only removed enamel from the back of my tooth, a blatant lie. Why would anyone take off enamel from behind a tooth? Furthermore, I clearly felt where the pass along my tooth was made. Any professional dentist would have offered to fix what they messed up, especially when it was due to their lack of respect for a patient's request. To go against the wishes of a patient is not right and completely unethical. It has bugged me for a very long time as I now have an uneven smile due to having one short canine and one longer one. To add insult to injury, he had no problem outright lying to my face about it. I am considering filing a report with the College of Dental Surgeons of BC regarding my situation as I have no tolerance for this kind of behavior, and the fact that he did not offer to fix that tooth has left me feeling dissatisfied. Luckily I have pictures of my canine teeth before and after the procedure, as the procedure took place right after I had my braces removed (which were done by another dentist, not GW). A dentist should never decide what a patient's teeth should look like, as it is a personal choice and most people I know liked my k9 teeth as it was part of my character, which he took away. The bottom line, do not visit this place unless you are okay with not having work done the way you want it, and if you want your smile ruined.

I have been to quite a few dentists over the years, but Dr. Gordon Wong is definitely the best! He does great work and always make sure you are comfortable. Looking forward to my next visit always.

This is for the medical office not the dental. I called today , August 26th 2021 and spoke with a VERY KIND lady. She was very helpful. Though, not all doctors are "in" right now.. but she fully helped me. And gave me some hope. Thank you for being so kind. <3 I hope your hubby finds a doctor as well. I also wanted to say.. I called literally 14 places ( clinic / offices) just this morning.. and YOU were the only one that was kind. So thank you. I will be calling when you directed me to. I PRAY I can get in to have a family doctor! I really need one.

Kim Dr Wong is right, you can be a dentist as well.Thanks for acknowledging me & my husband when you entered in the office I believe you went for lunch. Amazing service and job well done even during the pandemic you guys are still keep smiling because you care. ? My family finally found a dentist that we feel comfortable with and I personally like when you have a conversation that includes me as a patient. Keep up the amazing job guys!! STAY SAFE AND HEALTHY.
