They fought hard threw the muddy conditions and finished the yard with perfection my wife and I couldn't belive how they transformed our yard. The final invoice was even lower than the original estimate. Very happy highly recommended!
J	Jarrett Zielinski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there were less stars than one that's what they'd get from us. In the fall, we ask them for a snow removal quote. They provide us a quote of $300/month. The service they provided was poor. They missed pieces of our property and they wouldn't shovel at all. Simply blow the snow into a corner of the driveway. We called them and explained why that doesnt work and that we actually need to use the driveway. Furthermore, where they were piling some of the snow was dangerous because as it melted in day time temps it would freeze in the evening and create ice on the walkways. Again we had to call them back and ask them to correct the issues of where they were piling up the snow. The last incident there was a small amount of snow that fell over night. We entered into this arrangement jointly with our neighbour who has the identical driveway so Solid Landscapes could do both of our properties at the same time. When they came this morning, they only cleaned the neighbour's property. When we called them and asked them about it, they said that they sent us an email (which they did not) which cancelled our service saying that there is just too much snow to be able to clean at the price we agreed upon. Now my neighbour pays the exact same amount and had the exact same sized property as we do yet magically her property doesnt, "have too much snow". Just the absolute worst customer service and not worth your time or money.
A	Alisa Tennant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a large black ford almost rear end our vehicle with our infant son and 10 year old daughter in the vehicle: when I called to address the company I was given an excuse that they weren’t able to tell which truck it was Becuase they don’t have numbers on the trucks and I didn’t happen to catch the liscence plate as they sped off like the truck was stolen after coming very close to hitting us. I was hung up on when I said “if you only have 4 fleet vehicles contact them and find out who is headed west in glenmore trial at this time “ to which is was hung up on. I am beyond displeased and I’ve never used their services! Disgusting way for their “upstanding employees to be acting” Boycotting this company for the simple fact they couldn’t even reprimand the culprits Becuase they don’t know who’s driving their trucks apparently!

They lie and would rather be taken to court on a civil matter than pa $220 bucks to repair the damage one of their trucks did with their unsecured load. My husband made no such threats I was sitting right there but your secretary called him white trash looking for money when your truck could've killed us. We have also contacted the police about your terrible safety.

I enjoy my new yard every day! The crew were on time every day and worked steady all day long. Chris & Tom were great at helping me with decisions and being flexible and good natured about my last minute changes. The crew were all so nice and happy to answer any of my questions. They really all seemed to be quite enjoying their work and their team mates work. Great sense of camaraderie. I would recommend them to anybody. Very grateful!
