β β β β β Conor at the front desk lacks basic customer service skills. Very cold and unfriendly, not a single hello or enjoy your stay. Hotel itself was fine. Conor - some advice - say hello and learn to smile when you work a service job.

β β β β β Loved it here again. Great receptionβ¦wasnβt sure what to expect after reading below about βConnor at the front deskβ but we had a great check in experience. Both men who welcomed us were friendly, informative, personable. We would give five stars except the kid at the desk in the gymβsomeone needs to get him off his phone and teach him how to interact with people!
Our luxury king room was clean, bed is really comfortable and location is perfect! We will be back for our next date night in Toronto.
