A	Atyub Ahmad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have liked to leave a 4 star review for this property since the accommodation itself is excellent, clean and modern. However, unfortunately I am unable to since booking details for the hotel are inaccurate. Pictures show higher floor accommodations. However the hotel itself is limited to mezzanine and 2nd floors only, with large floor to ceiling windows. This can be a privacy concern. If this is a non issue, it's a good property. Beds in the 1 bedroom suites are also more like queen as opposed to king. Also FYI, there is another 4.4 star review of this same property which seems like a duplicate listing
d	deborah coward on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a really nice place to stay for a short time or long time. These are condo rentals. Very clean. Underground parking is convenient. The unit has a fridge, stove, dishwasher, dishes, kettle and microwave. Comfy bed and a great shower. Even a small balcony with nice views. When in Ottawa, this will be my go to place. I highly recommend it.

M	Marie Manson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed, the photos on booking do not correspond to reality. We booked the suite that gives a view on the city or the lake next to it. We were on the second floor, just above the entrance to the parking lot with a view of the construction and the fans of the building. We spent the whole weekend with the curtains closed because as soon as we opened them, everyone looked through. No privacy! The surrounding area is gloomy, there is nothing to do, nothing to see except the works. Definitely not the dream place for a romantic getaway! And to top it off, there was blood on the towels in the bathroom. The price is exorbitant for the quality of the place. To be avoided, quite simply.

Concierge response was “with all due respect sir, all of Ottawa is under construction and they don’t share with us their schedules”. Nice…. When we arrived the ground floor balcony door was unlocked, the bathroom door was broken and the room had clearly been smoked in. So ya… classy spot.
C	Cyrus Hutnyk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous suites that are very spacious. Great views if you’re on the right side of the building that overlook dows lake and the arboretum. The windows on the building though are very dirty, looks as if they have never been cleaned since the building was erected. Otherwise great stay.
L	Lippy Bacon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe it's because I'm not a fan of dentist office decor, but this place is slickly soulless. Lotsa marble and shiny white surfaces. It also wasn't the friendliest concierge I've ever experienced. Be prepared to hear heavy duty construction noise all day, starting punctually at 7am. If you want to sleep in, forget it. There are two separate building sites next door and across the road. Endless pounding until the sun sets. If you're out and about until after 6pm, you may not mind. If you love slick condo style accommodation with floor to ceiling windows and don't care about noise, this place is for you. Location isn't bad if you park the car and walk.
