★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had terrible Algae damage on our 10 year old roof. Found Softwash Butler on the internet so I contacted Alex. They came last week and did the $ 800 job. I called the next day and stated the staining was still there.
He explained that they had had an issue with their solution and that they would return this week to remedy the problem. They did. The guys said they would stay until problem resolved, and they did. They applied 3 more treatments and did so rigorously. Problem solved and roof looks brand new. I was skeptical at first but am now a believer. Thumbs up!
